Hi, I’m Sydney Bishop, an Illinois- and Iowa-based wedding planner and day-of coordinator with a heart for creating unforgettable celebrations. I grew up in the Quad Cities, spent a few adventurous years in Arizona, and eventually returned to a piece of land I now call home in Illinois, right near the Iowa border. Life here is full and joyful—I’m blessed with the love of my life, two sweet children, and a few furry friends who keep things lively.

My background has always been rooted in the fine arts, and I originally pursued a degree with the dream of becoming a Music Therapist. I’ve always been drawn to helping people in meaningful moments of their lives, offering guidance, support, and care when it truly matters. While I didn’t remain in the therapy field, that same desire to support others carried over into wedding planning—another moment in life filled with deep emotion, joy, and significance.

My journey into wedding planning began while designing my own big day. I had endless DIY ideas and an organized vision, but no one to bring all the moving pieces together. That experience sparked my passion for helping others avoid that stress and fully enjoy their engagement season. I went on to work as an event manager at a beautiful local venue, but I soon realized my heart was in being part of the entire planning journey—from the first vision to the last dance.
